Dr. In-Ki Joo is a Professor of Accounting at the School of Business, Yonsei University. He had been Dean of the University College and also Dean of the Academic Affairs at Yonsei University. He received MBA and Ph. D. in Accounting from New York University. He is a member of KICPA and AICPA.

He is serving as President of CAPA from Nov. 2009. He is a member of the Advisory Committee to the General Audit Bureau in Korea. He also served as Vice President of International Affairs in KICPA. He was President of the Korean Accounting Association and also President of the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration.

He received Decoration of Excellent Achievement by the President of Republic of Korea in 2004 and Honor from Deputy Prime Minister and the Ministry of Finance and Economy in 2001.

He published many books including "Theory of Financial Accounting Standards" and many articles especially in financial accounting area.
